Learning a language should be fun and meaningful!

Have you been trying to learn Dutch but still don’t understand what people are actually saying, while knowing all the vocab and grammar? Taalschool Natuurlijk Nederlands will help you from the start with the way the Dutch language is naturally spoken.

The Dutch language has one of the richest uses of expressions, proverbs and idioms. Taalschool Natuurlijk Nederlands thinks it’s very important to incorporate these in a fun and useful way from A1 to C2.

What makes us unique?

Taalschool Natuurlijk Nederlands focuses mainly on teaching students a natural way of speaking. Even in grammar lessons, we will only teach you things that you will be actually able to use in daily life. This way, your Dutch will improve much quicker and you will notice you can not only understand more, but also interact with people more naturally. We make most study materials ourselves. These materials have proven to be noticeably engaging with our students, making studying more fun and meaningful at the same time!

The mission & vision

Taalschool Natuurlijk Nederlands believes that learning a language should be fun and useful. We stand by using engaging materials and ways of learning that will allow you to have a natural conversation with a Dutch native.

We want to make a difference in how people study Dutch. We have yet to find a study book or Dutch language course that we can truly advocate for. Taalschool Natuurlijk Nederlands hopes to eventually offer all of the materials that are currently either not available or not engaging enough.

The community

Even though we currently only offer private lessons, you will definitely be part of a community. There is a WhatsApp community you can join after a few lessons and we will sometimes organise a group event, like an online quiz. We also offer a special programme called Praatmaatjes, in which you can be connected with another student.
